As a transplant from Chicago, Brad began his Gotham experience as a Development Associate in the fundraising office of one of New York's largest non-profit theaters, Manhattan Theatre Club. He was an integral member of the team that successfully completed a $35 million capital campaign to renovate and restore the beautiful Biltmore theater on Broadway.

Brad joined Fox Residential Group in 2003 to work closely with Barbara Fox. Under her direction, he has learned volumes about the real estate business in New York, especially the art of negotiating and the science of successfully marketing a property. He continues to receive hands-on experience and guidance from the industry icon everyday as he gives individual attention to his own growing list of clients.

Brad is known for his ability to think outside the box, his straight talk, his people skills, and his endless enthusiasm -- all delivered with a healthy sense of humor.

When he's not furiously typing away on his iPhone, Brad can be found at one of Manhattan's newest restaurants (he's practically a walking Zagat guide) or browsing the local bookstore for the newest thriller or adventure novel. Brad lives with his wife and daughter on the Upper East Side.
