Claude Davies

Born and bred in Manhattan, Claude knows the neighborhoods and nuances of New York City as only a true insider could. Always a resource to her friends for the best of what New York has to offer, Claude approaches the NY real estate market as the quest to bring the best of NY to her clients and customers. Every neighborhood, building and apartment has its hidden secrets and Claude takes pride in revealing them with a local's touch.

Before joining Fox, Claude worked as a producer and development executive of documentary film and television. First at various networks like A&E and Oxygen, then working alongside Academy Award winning filmmaker, Barbara Kopple, and finally heading up a documentary film division at her husband Michael Davies' company, Embassy Row, Claude helped develop and produce TV specials, series, and theatrically released documentary features like "Shut up & Sing" about the Dixie Chicks and "The Tillman Story" about the life and death of Pat Tillman.

Claude grew up on the Upper East Side where she went to the Spence School. After more schooling at Taft, Brown University and graduating from Harvard University with a B.A. in English and American Literature, Claude eventually found her way back to New York, this time to four different downtown neighborhoods: Chelsea, Soho, Meatpacking/ West Village, and finally Tribeca, where she now lives with her British husband, two daughters, and a son.

Claude loves the disparate and particular charms of the different parts of New York City and understands that, like for many of the people she works with, New York is more than just real estate; it is home.
