David J. Martin

Prior to coming to the real estate business, David, a British National, was a successful trial lawyer in the United Kingdom. He saw the opportunity afforded by the global flow of capital to New York and he now specializes in assisting overseas investors to acquire a stake in the city he now calls home. He himself is an active investor in real estate and owns several properties both here and overseas. When not seeking out investment opportunities he is to be seen browsing in antiquarian bookstores or collecting Gothic Art.
