Greg Gorra

Greg Gorra's interest and enthusiasm for real estate started at a young age. His father's Manhattan-based commercial real estate company, Victorian Properties Ltd., exposed him to the world of real estate in New York and Connecticut. He would see potential properties, meet prospective tenants, but most significantly, sit in on meetings where real estate negotiations were taking place, which he loved the most.

Greg was born and raised on the Upper East Side of Manhattan. He graduated from Boston College, with concentrations in history and business law. After college, Greg obtained his salesperson's license and subsequently worked at Victorian Properties. He then attended the Fordham University School of Law where he graduated cum laude and in the top 15% of his class. During law school, he specialized in real estate law with specific attention to condo and co-operative law, as well as commercial drafting. Greg obtained several competitive and diverse internships and jobs during law school, with the International Court of Justice at the Hague, Netherlands, the New York Supreme Court - Commercial Division, and as a summer associate at a prestigious corporate law firm in Manhattan.

After admittance to the New York State Bar, Greg decided to merge his legal education with his primary focus, real estate. Greg's clients benefit from the perspective of a Manhattan native and highly trained lawyer and advocate. He knows the ins and outs of condominium and co-operative law, enabling him to assist with legal matters relevant to buying or selling an apartment or townhouse.

Outside of work, Greg enjoys sports, traveling, and regularly contributes his time to numerous local causes and charities.
