Susan Bell

Susan has spent the past seven years in the sales of Manhattan co-op and condominium apartments, developing a wealth of knowledge about the intricacies of buying and selling apartments. Her focus of attention is customer and client satisfaction with their purchase as a long-term commitment. Sue's customers and clients rely on her judgement and integrity.

Prior to coming to the real estate business, Susan spent twenty-five years as an executive with a major apparel manufacturer, directing advertising, sales promotion, public relations and sales conventions. That experience honed her eye for design and esthetics, a skill that has benefited her clients and customers in identifying the property that best fits their lifestyle, individual taste, and of course, budget.

Sue lives in the Gramercy Park area, and especially relates to Gramercy Park, Murray Hill and mid-town east neighborhoods, but has successfully dealt in properties all over Manhattan.

In addition to real estate, Sue has an active interest in several non-profit organizations and has served on numerous boards. Golf, gardening, reading and music are interests that she indulges in regularly.
