Villa II Picchio is situated on the west coast of the Argentario promontories, just two hours north of Rome and has amazing ocean views of the islands of the Giglio, Montescristo, Elba and Argentarola. Outside there are three terraces on three different levels. The first, big and in the shade, goes around the entire house, and is accessible from the living room, dining room and the beautiful modern kitchen. The second level terrace is on the swimming pool level, where there is also a children's playground, and all of the bedrooms have access to it. The third level terrace is in the interior part of the villa and has a garden with fruit trees and vegetables. From every corner and every room you will enjoy beautiful views and sunsets over the sea. The villa is 10 minutes from Porto Ercole, Porto Santo Stefano and Orbetello, with shopping and great restaurants. There are also beautiful trekking trails near the sea or in the mountains of the Uccellina, only 40 minutes away. Available July & August and other options available.
