Susan Barr has lived in Manhattan for 26 years and is intimately familiar with the Upper East and West Sides, Midtown and the Financial District, having lived or worked there. Having recently gone through the selling and buying process for herself, Susan understands the sale process, both the sellers and buyers perspective, and what she can do to make the process run smoothly and productively for both.

Coming from a previous career in marketing at American Express and other known consumer brands, Susan is well-versed in identifying and understanding customers needs and finding solutions to meet them.

She is energetic and creative and possesses excellent communication and organizational skills, all traits that serve her clients and customers well.

Originally from Chicago, Susan has a B.A. from the University of Virginia and an M.B.A. from The University of North Carolina. Currently Susan and her family reside on the Upper East Side.
