With more than two decades of experience as a portfolio manager, Karen Gorstayn’s background in finance was a welcomed addition to Fox Residential. Her strengths include an exceptional focus on client service and detail, as well as engaged listening and dedication to fulfill her clients’ real estate needs. Karen has a thorough knowledge of market trends, available inventory, comparable pricing, and the processes that make the transactions effortless for her clients. Her strong desire to match the needs of buyers and sellers is supported by her patience and tenacity.

Karen is originally from Istanbul, Turkey and brings with her a strong multi-cultural perspective. She speaks English and Turkish fluently, is conversant in French and has a firm understanding of Russian and Spanish. She is a graduate of Bryn Mawr College and earned an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business.

Karen, an avid traveler, is a long-time resident of the Upper West Side and loves all that the city has to offer.
